Retail Health Therapy

I was sitting in the cafĂ© next to the ‘Op Shop’ – waiting for Katy to complete her genetic compliment! – and for those of you that do not have a girlfriend – or have never co-habited with the fairer sex – I am talking about the innate ability of the female to ‘shop’ – wherever and whenever the opportunity presents itself.

It is during these opportune moments that I pen little notes to myself – reminders of my being for now, and the future.

To-days reminder distilled down to an old song from the 60′s with words akin to – ‘Everyone wants to get to heaven but nobody wants to die.’

How does this relate to health you might well ask?

We all want health – freedom from symptoms and pain – but to give up the habits that appease our senses – that’s the hard part – and that’s the crux of this missive.

If we want something different – we must therefore DO something different, or to quote an old adage – the height of stupidity is to continue doing the same thing while expecting a different result.

We can take that to the bank – if the bank is still open!

Don’t wait until your bank closes its doors.
